Refunds (if applicable)

If you make an order of flowers to be delivered, we are happy to offer a refund if you wish to cancel the order 3 working days before the anticipated delivery date that you have requested. The exception to this is funeral or wedding flowers, as we have to order flowers in especially for those types of events.

If we approve your request for a refund of a flower delivery, and you have given us enough notice, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
